Minnekhada Lodge Wedding: Merlin and Matt

Merlin and Matt’s wedding last weekend was held at the quaint Minnekhada Lodge in Coquitlam. Their special day consisted of fewer than 50 close family members and friends. It was an intimate event and a real joy to be a part of. After the ceremony, they requested 10 minutes’ time for just the both of them to be alone. I absolutely loved this idea – too often, brides and grooms spend most of their special day greeting and entertaining their guests that they easily forget to take some time out just to relish each other’s company.
